Wondering what an emotional mind is? It is located in your abdomen and represents your undigested feelings of all lifetimes. What moves you emotionally before all experiences, perceptions, it comes from your emotional mind. There are stored undigested, unreleased, hidden emotional imprints of all your previous experiences that pop up on any challenge you experience in this life.
The emotional mind represents the most ‘unconscious’ in you. Before any awareness, void, or pause, you are overwhelmed by that reactive impulse through which you react rather than act. We would like you to be aware of what we are telling you. The emotional mind is a powerful material that does not allow you transition into higher spheres of existence that are of higher frequency.
𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃
Close your eyes, take a few strong and deep breaths to feel the new air wash your abdomen. Hold the air and slowly let it out through your mouth.
Take a break between inhaling and exhaling and inhale deeply and strongly again so that new air reaches (in women to the uterus, in men to the bladder). Simply, when you breathe in new, clean air by willing thought power, it will reach as deep as it can.
Hold your breath and exhale slowly and consciously through your mouth. Do this more than five times, as many times as you want. After rinsing of the abdomen (you will feel refreshment and fluidity), stay with your attention in the abdomen for a few moments and start moving inwardly towards your crown chakra (sahasrari) at the top of the head.
Refer to your 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 / 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 and visualize white light pouring into your head from above through the crown chakra. Feel the pure white light reach your abdomen and stays inside.
Let it stay there as long as it is needed, then direct it through your legs and feet deep into Mother Earth. Stay in that channeling of white light, let it wash, flush, release, unblock everything that needs to. Light is intelligent enough to know where to stay, you don't need to tell her where to go, simply let her do her job. Keep your attention where it is easiest for you to be now and here (in the spiritual heart, in the sahasrara, or follow the breath).
