To bypass what you do not resonate with you can only with CONSCIOUSNESS that you are sovereign beings with full Divine integrity who have the right to decide and choose CHOICE according to one's own sensibility. When choosing anything for yourself, ask yourself: do you choose from FEAR or from LOVE – that will tell you everything. Don’t force yourself to act out of fear, pause, breathe, step away consciously from that low-frequency program, and release it with a breath. You think that in this way you are not doing anything, our dear ones, how you are not doing; on quantum levels you are doing miracles that over time become a reality in your physical realities. 3D reality is a plane of existence that is dense, not flowing freely and takes more time to manifest but that doesn’t mean that the manifestation of the vibration of light is not in progress.
You have the full dignity and integrity of galactic beings with all beings throughout Creation; no one takes away your power if you do not take it from yourself. Everything is inside – there is no one outside, remember that. You are so much radiant eternal Divine Soul that has forgotten that she is light surrounded by darkness. Don't be a consumer of the environment, in this way you become human computers in which low-frequency programs are installed that lower your vibration and help you forget ‘who you are’.
Empower your being with information of light, feed on the food of light, thus spiritual immunity is strengthened which automatically rejects low-frequency programs and viruses. Contrasting experiences help you elevate your vibration and sustain it. You are in a universe of contrasts that is sometimes like a teeter-totter, how to know you are up until you know what it is like to be down. When you understand the nature of your universe then the soul learns in more relaxed and easy way and applies its Divine power where it is.
